Record payments to suppliers

What you owe each supplier, their invoices' due dates and how to record what you pay.

In Expenses, each received invoice shows what's left to pay: To pay, Partly paid or Paid, and Overdue if its due date has passed. The due date comes from the supplier's payment terms, unless you set another when recording the invoice.

Record a payment

On the invoice, press Record payment and enter the date, the method (transfer, direct debit, card or cash) and the amount paid, which defaults to what's left. NaPa creates the payment's journal entry.

If you make a mistake, you can undo the payment. A paid invoice can't be cancelled: undo the payment first.
