Invite your accounting firm
How to give your accounting firm access, what it sees and which tasks you can reserve to it, such as closing periods.
Your accounting firm works in NaPa on the same data as you, without you having to send it anything.
- In Accounting firm, press Invite an accounting firm and enter its email.
- It receives a link, valid for 14 days. On accepting, it chooses which firm it works for (or registers it if it isn't in NaPa yet).
- Once it accepts, you'll see it as Active, with its name.
Tasks reserved to the firm
In Reserved to the firm you can leave some tasks in its hands only: then nobody in your company can do them, even if their role allows it. For example closing periods, filing taxes, reconciling the bank or cancelling invoices. Press Save reservations to apply it.
Suspend or end
You can suspend the engagement (the firm stops seeing your data and the reserved tasks go back to your company; only whoever suspended it can resume it) or end it. The firm can also do this from its side, and the other party gets an email. What each one did is kept in the audit log.
