Form 303 for VAT

How NaPa works out each quarter's Form 303 (modelo 303), how to review it and how to file it with the AEAT.

In Taxes you see each quarter with the status of its Form 303: To review, Reviewed or Changed since reviewed.

NaPa works it out by itself from the VAT register: the VAT on your issued invoices (by rate), the deductible VAT on your received invoices and the result. Each box shows its number and its name, as on the official form.

Review and file

  1. Open the quarter and check the boxes. Press Mark as reviewed.
  2. Press Download the file for the AEAT (on the web) and upload it in the Form 303 page of the AEAT's website with Importar. NaPa doesn't file it for you.

If an invoice in that quarter is issued or recorded afterwards, the form becomes Changed since reviewed: review it again.

This isn't tax advice: if you have any doubt about what to declare, ask your accounting firm.
