What VERI*FACTU is and what NaPa sends to the AEAT
Each invoice's record, how it's sent to the AEAT, the statuses you'll see and how to check an invoice with its QR code.
With VERI*FACTU, each issued invoice creates an invoicing record: its essential details (issuer, number, date, amounts and type), chained to the previous record by a fingerprint (hash), so none can be changed or removed without it showing. NaPa sends it to the AEAT on your behalf, in the background: you don't have to do anything.
The statuses
- Pending validation: the record is waiting to be sent or for the answer. If the AEAT is unavailable, NaPa retries by itself.
- Accepted by the AEAT.
- Accepted with errors by the AEAT: the AEAT registered it, but points out something worth fixing.
- Rejected by the AEAT: the AEAT doesn't have it. See the reason on the invoice and send it again.
On the home page, Pending reminds you of invoices that were rejected or are waiting to be sent.
Check an invoice
Check at the AEAT opens the AEAT page the PDF's QR code would open. In AEAT records you see every record, with its fingerprint and the AEAT's answer.
