The document inbox
How receipts and invoices reach NaPa (photos, files and email), and how to record or dismiss them.
The Inbox holds expense documents until someone records them. You reach it from Expenses.
How to send documents
- Take a photo with your phone, or Choose from the gallery.
- Add documents: PDFs, images or electronic invoices. On a computer you can also drag them onto the page.
- By email: create an Address for your suppliers in the inbox. What they send to it (the attachments) lands in the inbox with the sender and the subject.
You can add a note, for example "taxi to a customer meeting".
Record or dismiss
Open the document and press Record invoice: NaPa fills in what it can read (from an electronic invoice, the AEAT's QR code or the document's text, and with what it has learnt about that supplier), and the document is kept as the original. Check each detail before recording. Read the text shows the text NaPa has read from the document.
If it isn't an invoice (a delivery note, a duplicate), press Dismiss and give the reason.
