Download the PDF and email the invoice
The invoice's PDF with its QR code, and how to send it to the customer from NaPa.
On the invoice, Download PDF gives you the PDF ready to send or print. It carries the AEAT's QR code, which the customer can use to check that the invoice is registered. The PDF is saved in archive format (PDF/A), made to be kept for years.
Send it by email
Press Send by email:
- To: NaPa suggests the customer's contacts who receive invoices. You can enter several addresses separated by commas.
- Message (optional).
The email carries the PDF attached and, if the customer replies, the reply comes to you. On the invoice you'll see each sending and whether it was delivered.
