Add customers
The tax details a customer needs to receive full invoices, and how they're kept with each invoice.
In Customers, press New customer.
- NIF for Spanish customers. For customers from other countries, their identification (for example their EU VAT number, which NaPa checks in VIES, or a passport).
- Address. Start with the postal code: NaPa fills in the city and the province, and suggests the streets.
- Payment terms (optional): the days they have to pay. NaPa uses them to work out each invoice's due date.
- Contacts (optional): who to send invoices to by email.
If their details change
You can correct a customer's details whenever you like. Each issued invoice keeps a copy of the details it was issued with, so changing the customer doesn't change earlier invoices.
